Robey Hall was built in 1965 to help accomade the growth of Southern Seminary.

Robey is named specifically for H. Russel Robey the husband of Southern Seminary President Margaret Durham Robey. He also servied as the treasurer of Southern Seminary.

Today Robey Hall is used for freshman and sophomore male students.
